Basically - Rinse - Hot - Cold - Rest
Have a shower before sauna
Sit on a towel in the sauna
Get warm (usually 5-15 mins)
Get cold - have a plunge, shower or just spend some time outside of the sauna (rinse first if using an ice bath)
Rest - allow your body to reach equilibrium
Repeat
Top tip:
Listen to your body. As you move through the cycle, become aware of your heartrate. It will speed up in the sauna and slow down in the cold plunge and come back to normal during the rest. When it is back to normal use that to help you know when it is time to return to the sauna again.
