I fell in love with Sauna in 2022 and used it as a way to help manage the stress and burnout from a full on job. I’ve always loved health and wellness and when the opportunity came earlier this year to set up my own mobile wild sauna I made the leap!

It’s been a massive learning experience and I’ve completed two wonderful courses with the amazing Deborah Carr at Anada and the total legend that is Jesse Devlin from Sauna Corner. This has given me two certificates in running Sauna Master Rituals including skills in Aufguss and Whisking which I can’t wait to share with you all at The Sauna Works.

On the back of this The Sauna Works was launched in November 2025 with a mission to provide amazing wild sauna experiences in beautiful inland settings.

For me, sauna is about more than just relaxation. It’s about supporting mental and physical wellness, creating space for conversation, and building a real sense of community. I also want to make sure it is accessible to as many people as possible and will be looking at ways to do this as we get up and running.

I feel incredibly blessed to have found our first home at Jolly Moon in South Wonston, Winchester and can’t wait to welcome you to share some löyly very soon!
