Official Rules & Terms Promotion: Win a private sauna session for up to 10 people at Jolly Moon Forest Garden

1. The Promoter This promotion is run by The Sauna Works, operating at Jolly Moon Forest Garden, South Wonston, Winchester, Hampshire ("the Promoter", "we", "us"). Contact: info@thesaunaworks.com / thesaunaworks.com.

2. The Promotion - The "New Sauna Launch Prize Draw" celebrates the launch of The Sauna Works' new sauna at Jolly Moon Forest Garden. This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter at any stage.

3. Eligibility Open to UK residents only. Entrants must be aged 16 or over. Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter and, if they win, a parent or guardian must accompany them to the session. All guests attending the prize session (up to 10 people in total) must also be aged 16 or over, in line with The Sauna Works' standard age policy for sauna and cold plunge use. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Sauna Works and Jolly Moon Forest Garden are not eligible to enter. By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility criteria above.

4. How to Enter - Entry is via Instagram and/or Facebook and is completely free. To enter, an entrant must, during the entry period: Follow The Sauna Works on Instagram and/or Facebook; Like the official competition post; and Comment on the post tagging a friend they would bring, along with a short note on why their group deserves to win. Bonus entries: entrants may leave up to five (5) additional comments, each tagging a different friend, for up to five bonus entries. Each valid bonus comment counts as one additional entry into the draw. Tagging the same person more than once, tagging accounts that do not belong to real people, or tagging in a way that could be seen as spam will be disregarded. One entrant may submit entries on both Instagram and Facebook, but is limited to being drawn as the winner once.

5. Entry Period Opens: 06/08/2026, 16:00] Closes: 31/08/2026, 23:59] Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be counted. The Promoter's systems clock is the official timekeeper for this promotion.

6. The Prize - One (1) private sauna, cold plunge and fire pit session at Jolly Moon Forest Garden for the winner and up to nine (9) guests (10 people in total). The prize must be redeemed within two (2) months of the draw date stated in Section 7. Any part of the prize not used within this period will be forfeited, with no cash or credit alternative. The session date and time will be mutually agreed with the winner, subject to availability, and may be affected by weather or site conditions at the Promoter's reasonable discretion. Transport to and from Jolly Moon Forest Garden, South Wonston, Winchester is not included. The winner and their guests are responsible for making their own way to the site. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. Only one prize will be awarded.

7. Winner Selection & Notification - The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (including bonus entries) using a random number generator, within seven (7) days of the entry period closing. The winner will be notified by direct message on the platform (Instagram) through which they entered, and may also be announced publicly on The Sauna Works' social media. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of first contact to claim the prize. If no response is received in this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. The winner may be asked to provide proof of eligibility (age and UK residency) before the prize is confirmed.

8. Data Protection - Personal data (such as social media handle, name, and contact details) collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will be deleted once the promotion has concluded, save where needed for legitimate business records.

9. Platform Disclaimer - This promotion is run on Instagram and Facebook but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Facebook.

10. General Conditions - The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any stage if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including winner selection, is final.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure or issues outside its control. Participation in the prize session remains subject to The Sauna Works' standard health, safety and booking terms, available at thesaunaworks.com.
